This is my first post so go easy on me

Having now graduated from BYU (as of last week), I am back home for a few weeks in preparation for my next job.  My degree is in Business Management, but my emphasis of study was Human Resources.  I had hoped to find a full-time, HR job after graduation, but I did not receive any offers for anything I was really interested in.  Instead, I decided that I would apply for additional internship programs to become more familiar with the HR industry and companies I would like to work for.  As a theme-park enthusiast, I obviously applied for many internships with Disney.

A few months ago, I was accepted into the Disney College Program and accepted their offer to work as a cast member in Hospitality at the Walt Disney World Resort.  The exact details of my job are still unknown to me, but I am incredibly excited regardless.  Since Orlando is essentially the theme park capital of the world, I think it's a good place to start my career.  I plan on being there for a long time and look forward to applying for more full-time job offers with Disney, once I finish the College Program internship. Working with Disney will be a great experience and I plan on becoming very involved in many programs and opportunities.

Although I will miss my family and friends in Utah and Texas, I am excited to start working, learning, and growing in Orlando.  So if you have the time, come visit.  I promise to do everything I can to make it the best vacation you'll ever have (as long as you don't mind sleeping on an air mattress).
